The sum of $6532 was raised for Victorian bushfire relief at the charity night held by Ivanhoe Grammarians Lodge at Freemasons Ivalda on Thursday, February 6. Ivanhoe Grammarians Lodge was at work today (Sunday) at Bunnings Fairfield for another fund-raising Sausage Sizzle. We’ll be back prior to the Australia Day long weekend. Sad News: Passing of MWor. Bro. Vaughan Werner

Our dear friend, Vaughan Werner, died about 5pm Friday (Dec. 13). Vaughan was the best of men. A man’s man. One of integrity and absolute honesty. He was Grand Master of Victoria’s Freemasons, 2010-12. And he was a good bloke who enjoyed a laugh. Vaughan Werner was a former Assistant Commissioner (Crime) of Victoria Police.
